How This Work Began
Real Estate Agent Wasco started from a conviction that people deserve to understand the contracts they sign. Buying or selling property means putting your name on documents that move a great deal of money and carry real consequences, yet many buyers and sellers are handed a stack of forms and told where to initial. Questions get brushed aside, deadlines pass without anyone noticing and fees appear on the closing statement that nobody mentioned.
So the work is organized differently. Every agreement, disclosure and escrow document is explained as it arrives, in plain language, with time for your questions. Prices are drawn from recent nearby sales, and you can see each one. Commission and costs are discussed before anything is signed, and every contingency and escrow date goes on a calendar that we follow closely.
It works the same for a bungalow near downtown, a pistachio orchard, a leased shop building or a rental being traded through a 1031 exchange. The documents differ. The commitment to explaining them does not.
